Cancellation Policy: Valère reserves a 50% charge for services cancelled within 48hrs, and a 100% charge if a no-show occurs.

Arrival: Please always ​arrive 10 minutes early so we may ensure you receive your full service. If you are tardy to an appointment, we may need to downgrade your service to an option we can perform in the time allotted.

Memberships: If you need to cancel your monthly membership, we require a Cancellation Form to do so - please fill this out HERE.

Products: If you are not satisfied with your AVEDA/Circadia product of choice, we would love the opportunity to educate you on the vast array of products we have, and accept exchanges and/or in-store credit for the product returned.

Pre-Pay: If you wish to pre-pay, you are able to purchase the services under a Gift Card for your guest to redeem at the time of their arrival. This is non-refundable.

Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on any Gift Cards purchased.​

Children: We do not permit children in our location if they are not receiving a service. In consideration of the relaxation and experience for all of our guests, please arrange childcare before your appointment.
